Upcoming productions:

We are extremely pleased to announce our 2025 season!!  THREE classic authors - and a NEW Pirate show with original stories and songs!!!  Our spring show - the delightful Oscar Wilde comedy "LADY WINDERMERE'S FAN" just completed a successful run. 

Our outdoor )weather permitting) summer show performed at Nokomis Park in south Minneapolis will be "PIRATES IN THE PARK PART DEUX", an all NEW family-friendly pirate show to be directed by Noreen K. Brandt.  Original scripts by Noreen K. Brandt and Greg Bastien, new musical arrangements by Coral Bastien.  Our fall show is "MARY ROSE:A GHOST STORY", written by J.M. Barrie and directed by Steven LaVigne.  Lastly, we will be producing our very first Chekhov for our winter production - three short scripts to be directed by Lisa M.W. Phelps.  We will be posting much more info on all of these shows - stay tuned!  (note:  picture shown above is Beva Steinberg as the sly Calico Jack in our upcoming pirate show)

Those scurvy pirates are busy rampaging and looting - but will be upon us soon enough!   Last two weekends in June at Nokomis Park in Minneapolis - FREE and family friendly!!  SIX performances in all --- Fridays and Saturdays at 7 pm June 20-21 and 27-28, with 2 pm matinees on June 21 and 28.  Bring your own blanket and lawn chair, and be ready to enjoy some rollicking musical entertainment!!   (We will perform indoors at Lake Nokomis Presbyterian Church in case of inclement weather).  

Scary?  Funny?  Musically delightful?  Corny?  Swashbuckling??  Our upcoming PIRATE SHOW has it all!   (Including SINGING MERMAIDS!)  Shown above:  Lisa Phelps, Zoey Cobb, Candace Dyke, and the ever lovely Stephen Greenhalgh.

 As with ALL community theaters, we would not survive without our wonderful techies!!  Also in common with other community theaters - our techies get burned out or too busy.  We would LOVE to have more volunteers backstage or running lights or sewing costumes!  Please email us at classicslostandfound@gmail.com if you are interested in working on any of our upcoming shows.  And no - you don't have to wear an Octopus head like Ollie (Tony Gillen) in our upcoming "PIRATES IN THE PARK: PARK DEUX".

 We had a terrific turn-out for our most recent auditions including our most recent spring show, "Lady Windermere's Fan"!  We love having returning players - but we also welcome newbies like Nico (another pirate Captain in our upcoming pirate show)  Just a reminder:  we still have TWO more auditions coming up for the remainder of our 2025 season.
